Refund Policy
At SNAJDER MERCH, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy, we offer a fair and clear refund policy.
- Returning Items
You have the right to return items within 14 days from the day you received them. To be eligible for a refund, the item must be unused, in the same condition as when you received it, and in its original packaging. - Return Procedure
To return an item, you must contact us at webshop@snajderofficial.com with your order number and the reason for the return. We will then guide you on how to send the item back to us. - Refund Process
Once we have received and inspected the returned item, we will send you an email to confirm that we have received it. We will also inform you whether your refund has been approved or rejected. If approved, the refund will be processed, and the amount will automatically be credited to your original payment method within 7–10 business days. - Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not received your refund within the specified time, please first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company or bank, as it may take some time before the refund is officially posted. If you still have not received your refund, please contact us at webshop@snajderofficial.com. - Non-returnable Items
Certain types of items are exempt from being returned, including:
- Gift cards
- Downloadable software products
- Sale items

Return Shipping Costs
You are responsible for paying your own shipping costs when returning an item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Exchanging Items
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same item, please contact us at webshop@snajderofficial.com and send the item to the return address provided.
